About This Workshop

Healthy communication starts by accepting your partner’s inner world of thoughts, feelings, and meaning. But it’s not always easy to do that (or know how to). In this workshop, you’ll learn how to:

  • Explore one another’s emotional worlds

  • Discuss your feelings more confidently without making your partner feel defensive

  • Handle conflicts and disagreements

  • Identify your own meta-emotions

  • Listen intently

  • Use our communication equation

  • Empower each other to help

You’ll complete guided exercises with your partner as you explore these topics.
