About This Workshop
For many couples, the holiday season can be tough. Spending time with family can be restful, but we also know it comes with its own stressors. But here’s the thing: managing conflict with your families doesn’t have to come between you.
Together, you can learn to deal with family conflict in healthy ways. (And after the year we’ve had, it’s never been more important!) In this workshop, you’ll:
Identify your anxieties in specific family situations
Discuss expectations and communicate your needs
Practice setting boundaries and helping each other stick to them
Make a plan for responding in ways that de-escalate conflict
Learn to strengthen your We in front of your family
You’ll complete guided exercises with your partner as you explore these topics.
