About This Workshop

When a couple is in distress, sex is often the first thing to go. But with care and intention, couples who are dealing with a sexless relationship can increase their intimacy. In this workshop, you'll:

  • Explore how and why you got to this place

  • Take a deep dive into your expectations and realize where they could be adjusted

  • Examine your emotional connection, the foundation of any healthy sex life

  • Practice talking about sex, because communicating about sex is a proven way to increase sexual satisfaction

  • Listen intently

  • Take turns sharing your perspectives

You’ll complete guided exercises with your partner as you explore these topics.
