About This Workshop

Sexual trauma affects thousands of Americans every year. But, there is a scientific path to healing from sexual trauma and growing in intimacy and connection, together. In this workshop, you'll:

  • Understand your triggers and find ways to manage them in the hard moments

  • Share your inner world of thoughts and experiences with your partner

  • Practice healing exercises to help you make sense of your experience and move forward with your partner in trust and safety

This Workshop isn't designed to address relationships with one or more of the following current, ongoing issues:

  • Domestic violence

  • Severe verbal abuse

  • Alcohol abuse/dependence

  • Drug addiction

If you even question whether your relationship is affected by one of the previous stated issues, then we strongly urge you to seek professional help immediately.

You’ll complete guided exercises with your partner as you explore these topics.
