About This Workshop

Your body image is the way you think, feel, and behave in regard to your physical appearance. It is completely unique to you and has developed over the course of your experiences. When positive body image is damaged, your relationship health is directly affected, too.

Research shows that you can feel safe and comfortable in your physical body and enjoy greater intimacy with your partner. In this Workshop, you’ll:

  • Begin mapping your body narrative

  • Practice paying attention to your body cues, emotions and thoughts

  • Confronting your self hatred

  • Practicing grounding and body connection

  • Connecting with your partner in your pain

You’ll complete guided exercises with your partner as you explore these topics.
