About This Workshop

We all have unique inner worlds that are formed by our unique experiences. These experiences form the Why behind many of our triggers. When you understand your triggers, you’re able to avoid escalating conflict and help your brain make sense of your story. In this workshop, you’ll:

  • Identify your specific triggers and discuss them with your partner

  • Learn why this is so important, and how you’re able to take this knowledge and apply it to your circumstances

  • Practice managing your triggers, so that you’re in control when they arise in the future

  • Listen intently

  • Use our communication equation

You’ll complete guided exercises with your partner as you explore these topics.
