What you’ll experience:
“Peloton for therapy”
Join our licensed therapist from 8pm to 9pm EST on February 14th as she leads the group on Zoom, teaches you new concepts, and guides you through live exercises. You and your partner will participate anonymously.
Research-backed exercises
We’ll dig into the areas of practicing appreciation, rekindling intimacy, deepening your emotional bond, and creating connection rituals.

Date and Time: February 14th, from 8-9pm EST

What will my experience be like? Couples describe these experiences as “Peloton for therapy.” Two seasoned therapists will lead the group on Zoom, teach you new concepts, and guide you through exercises.
How to Participate: This group session is run on Zoom in order to be as accessible as possible. After signing up, you’ll receive an email with a link for the video conference. You’ll need an internet connection and the ability to stream audio and video to participate.
Can’t join live? No worries! Everyone who registers will receive a recording of the event after we wrap.
